View & Manage Your Leads

Marketing automation is all about acquiring leads from various sources, engaging them automatically and pushing them along the funnel until they become actual customers, and beyond. Leads can easily be added to your lists and you can have multiple lists for different purposes or targeting.

In this article you will learn how to view and manage your leads.

 

Requirements

To view your leads, you will need:

  • Some actual leads!

 Note: to acquire leads, first create a mailing list and then a subscribe form or you could use the API to insert leads.

 

How to View Your Leads

There are two ways to view your leads in Womplify. The first is on the Leads page where all leads are combined and can be filtered, and the second way is through the Lists page where you can view your leads on a per list basis.

Leads data includes the Contact address (email), Lead Score, Tags, Referrer and other data which the system collects for you automatically.
 
Method 1:

  1. On the left menu, click Audience and then click Leads (see Figure 1).
  2. On the Leads page is listed all your leads across all your lists.
  3. In the search box above the leads list, enter a keyword to filter the leads.
  4. Sort the data using the up/down arrows above each column.

Method 2:
